Pull Policy

About Our Pull Policy

Adolfo Canaca occasionally lends out clothing for use in photoshoots, red carpet events, and other events and appearances for promotional purposes. Pulls are subject to approval by a Manager, and this contract is to be filled out in-person on the BORROW DATE.

Conditions of Agreement:

  1. A Manager approves pulls, and the borrower fills out the contract online or in person on the borrow date.
  2. Samples are for the sole purpose of editorial shoots, red carpet events, and other events and appearances by the talent named below.
  3. The signor and talent wearing the sample/garment will give Adolfo Canaca full credit in print, online, on social media, or television. The credit must be as follow: on Instagram and Facebook: Dress by @adolfocanaca and @houseofcanaca; on print: Dress by Adolfo Canaca.
  4. The borrower/signatory will send a copy to Adolfo Canaca and House of Canaca of the publication, online link, social media, or television in which the item has been featured.
  5. Adolfo Canaca and House of Canaca reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes.
  6. The signor agrees to take full responsibility and care of the listed items while in their possession.
  7. The item/s must be returned in the same condition they were received by the RETURN DATE. It includes labels and price tags in original condition. For events and appearances, garments MUST BE DRYCLEANED when returned.
  8. All pieces must be returned within 72 hours (unless otherwise approved in advance).
  9. As security, Adolfo Canaca and House of Canaca require credit card information. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced accordingly at full retail price to the credit card.
  10. Signor of the agreement must provide a photocopy of ID and CC through email for every pull.
  11. Adolfo Canaca reserves the right to invoice the total value for any items not received back by the agreed-upon RETURN DATE.

Requirement:

  1. Must submit 5 -10 photos after the shoot that we can publish on our social channels.
  2. Must tag @adolfocanaca and @houseofcanaca visibly in all social media posts in the photo on social posts.
  3. Must credit @adolfocanaca and @houseofcanaca for wardrobe (i.e., Stylist: Sarah Smith, Wardrobe: Adolfo Canaca)
  4. The signor will give Adolfo Canaca full credit in print, online, on social media, or television.
  5. Adolfo Canaca and House of Canaca reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes across all social media channels.
